It has been a year since the pandemic shut the world down. Life has drastically changed—and this still feels like an understatement. The government has maintained a deaf ear, and a blind eye to the very need of its people. But humans continue to live. There is no other choice.
We are enraged. We are alive. We wake up struggling more than ever. But we get up. We go on.
